OUR DEPARTMENTS
Blood Donation Services Department
Blood donation services team consist of BDS head,Doctor and paramedical staff. All the blood donations are carried out under the supervision of this department. They make sure whether the blood is properly and safely screened before it is transfused which is very important. Whereas awareness program regarding chronic blood diseases and blood camps are also led by this department. You can say that this is the treasury of Sundas Foundation. Because for us it’s not a blood it’s a liquid life.
Laboratory
Sundas Foundation Sialkot also has a state of art laboratory to make sure that the blood is properly and safely screened before it is transfused.Our laboratory is fully equipped. We do have the facility of an Elisa machine which serve as a diagnostic tool for hepatitis B,C and HIV testing.We use two methods of testing one is strip method and other one is Elisa method.Strip method is very convenient for the donors who don’t have enough time, as we can yield results under few seconds but it’s not very reliable. Later on we confirm the results using Elisa method which is 100 percent reliable.
Human Resources
The management-functioning department of the organization is human resources. Ms. Zoofishan Ahmed is in charge of the HR department's daily activities. It manages the operations of every other department, including marketing, accounts, media, etc. With out the human resources department, none of the functional areas can operate effectively. A friendly workplace culture can be supported, developed, and created with the help of human resource department. In addition to many other tasks, they handle candidate recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance management, payroll, and more. It combines all the fundamental principles required to build a pleasant workplace culture. The organisation process's simplicity and effectiveness are its sole goals.
Marketing Department
Our marketing department effectively communicates the urgency of our cause and highlight how supporters can contribute. They also help in organizing fund raising programs to fulfill the medical need of patients.AS our NGO is totally running on donations so marketing staff plays an important role in motivating the people to donate generously through awareness campaigns.
Accounts Department
All the donations which are also tax exempted are submitted and handled by our accounting staff. The accounts department has a clear sense of purpose and transparency within their minds. They make sure that every single penny donated by you people would be utilized to serve humanity and in saving the life of people.
Nursing Department
Blood transfusion, health care and all the other medical services are provided with in our nursing department. For now, we have a small but fully equipped nursing department where minimum 30-40 patients of Thalassemia and Hemophilia can have blood transfusion at a same time. Our nursing staff is highly professional and recognize the unique needs of Thalassemia and Hemophilia patients providing them the at most health care they needed
